The design and administration of architecture thus meet on a single communication system that is like an extremely articulated "switching table", on which the messages and instances, the theoretical and critical achievements, are forwarded; where specific skills are switched into "communicative" facts and in a condition of knowledge from technology to politics and mutually.

Architecture and urban planning cannot solve political problems, but a certain type of "conduction" of architecture from analysis to design (turning it into an expanded instrument of knowledge) opens up another discourse.
